History of Westeros Podcast

When History of Westeros decided to do coverage of the HBO Series, House of the Dragon, they approached me to create a video intro for these episodes. I was given full creative freedom, other than needing to stick to the subject matter of the show and its source material, Fire and Blood by George R R Martin. I chose to use objects that are symbols of power such as crowns, swords, and castles, accompanied by literal fire and blood, to show the looming threat of the coming civil war and the dragons that will be instrumental in that war.

I was also afforded the opportunity to write the music for this intro, so I started there, and the imagery was inspired by the mood that created.
